Lucas Media filming at Pal International

In the backend of 2024 we made the journey to Coalville in Leicestershire to film Pal International in their new Head Office.

Pal International are a UK manufacturer specialising in the production of wipes for the healthcare, food and beverage and industrial sectors.

Lucas Media were brought in to help to produce video content of their new premises. We focused on some of the new production lines and also featured a number of the key team that keep the operation running so smoothly on a daily basis.

The video content was headed by the Sales Director Richard Fell who expertly gave an overview of the new site along with the changes that Pal International had made during their short time in the new location.
We covered the process of moving the business to the new site and all the related benefits that had on the business. The increases in productivity, streamlining the production lines and increased capacity were all covered.

Richard also talked about the expansion plans Pal International have and the emerging marketing that they are currently working in to super charge the business in the coming years. They already have a successful global reach and are continuing to refine and develop their products to suit the newer markets.

Staff morale has become more positive in the new building. There are a lot more open areas and windows which has helped the current team from a health and wellbeing perspective. The overall mood of the team has improved since the move to Coalville and has helped the business become more efficient and profitable.

There has been a 50% improvement in efficiency because of the custom design of the new building. This allows the production lines to flow more fluidly and the team have embraced these changes which all helps to make Pal International a better business.

We pride ourselves in getting to know as many members of the team as possible. This gives us more scope and ideas of how to create the video(s) and helps us to decide on styles and deliverables.

These videos were primarily going to be used as a B2B tool to help gain awareness to both existing clients and also potential new ones.
